8. Product Assistance While we are not obligated to assist with using the purchased product, we typically offer help if approached respectfully.

9. Account Sharing Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

10. Reverse Engineering Reverse engineering, including but not limited to dumping or cracking, of our products is strictly forbidden. We actively monitor for such activities and reserve the right to terminate any license or key involved.

11. Customer Support Policy We reserve the right to refuse support to any customer for inappropriate or offensive behavior in tickets, chat, or other communication channels.

12. Confidentiality of Support Sharing screenshots or screen-sharing any interactions, tickets, or support communications is strictly prohibited.

13. Advertising Prohibition Advertising your own services, shops, or other software is forbidden and will result in an immediate ban.

14. Information Leaks Leaking any proprietary or confidential information is strictly prohibited.

15. Pricing Changes We reserve the right to change the price of our products or services at any time, without prior notice.

16. Risk and Liability We are not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of our products. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the use of our products.

17.
